IT Order Management Specialist

SSE is a leading technology company serving St. Louis, MO and Jacksonville, FL for over 30 years. We’re a leading network service provider for local St. Louis businesses for over 30 years. We are seeking an IT Order Management Specialist to join our team in St. Louis, MO.

The IT Order Management Specialist is an integral part of the network team ensuring all hardware and software packages are readily available for customer builds.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with network team ensuring all hardware/software requirements are met per clients specifications
• Order, track, and communicate with vendors ensuring timely delivery of hardware/software orders
• Provide status updates to leadership on regular basis

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills are required
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
• Personable and positive attitude
• Creative approach to problem solving
