Responsibilities: Performs tasks which may include checking data from completed forms or other documents for accuracy and completeness; entering data into a database; reviewing audit reports and resolving errors to ensure the integrity of data; identifying problems with database management policies and procedures and providing input into their revision; providing direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status of paperwork; distributing reports; and sorting and filing paperwork.
Minimum/General Experience: Two (2) years of general experience. Minimum two (2) years Helpdesk experience supporting software applications, managing tickets using Active Directory, SQL (Structured Query Language), Access, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Minimum (2) years of administrative experience detail-oriented, able to work independently to support project goals.
Education Requirements: Associates Degree in computer-related majors preferred.
