You will love growing and learning with Astra Day School students, staff, and parents.  
Full-Time (40 hours guaranteed) with a starting salary based on your experience!
  • Three week-long breaks (Spring, Summer, Winter) and six paid federal holidays
  • Up to 6 additional days paid time off, following our introductory period
  • 40 hours per year of paid sick time following our introductory period
  • 6 In-service training days each year

Job Description:
You will use the science of behavior analysis to teach children with and without ASD diagnoses at Astra Day School, a happy, fast-paced school-like environment. Interested providers can also teach and lead preschool classes and specialized, small-group lessons focusing on early play skills, art, music and movement, and science-based literacy instruction!

You will:
  • Accelerate the development of children with and without ASD diagnoses
  • Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to children ages 2-12
  • Advocate for children through data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
  • Facilitate development of children, staff, and families with an emphasis on dignity and compassion
