Job Description:
ExoAnalytic Solutions is seeking an exceptionally talented Electrical Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components.- Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems and components including high-speed digital, analog, and/or mixed-signal circuits
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members
- Develop RF communication subsystems and/or components, leveraging a strong background in RF principles
- Analyze problems with existing equipment, design and implement corrective actions and modifications.
- Evaluate customer requirements, determine existing system capability to meet requirements and define, design, develop and implement system changes to meet those requirements
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the field of electrical engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or similar field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on system design and integration
- Experience with programming language such as MATLAB, Python, C, C++, Java, or similar
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work on individual, as well as team-oriented tasks
- Ability to prioritize competing priorities
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Experience with modeling and simulation, specifically of the RF environment
- Presenting technical and management level briefings
