Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Citizenship: United States citizenship required

Security Clearance: Existing Secret or Top-Secret security clearance is preferred. All new hires will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US citizenship is required.

Job Description:
ExoAnalytic Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Proposal Division Manager to oversee our proposals division. The Proposal Division Manager will be responsible for leading a team in the development and submission of high-quality proposals to secure new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proposal development, project management, and team leadership.
  • Develop, lead, and manage the proposals division, including identifying staff, setting goals, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Oversee the development of proposals, ensuring compliance, compelling content, and competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, acquisition regulations, and customer requirements/ specifications for various types of Government contracts in both a Prime and Subcontractor role.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposals.
  • Develop efficient and effective proposal execution plans in response to complex, competitive solicitations from U.S. Government customers
  • Manage the proposal review process, ensuring quality control and compliance with requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze proposal performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in proposal development.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the U.S. Government's competitive acquisition process including federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFAR)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Salary: $170,000 - $224,000 annually

Actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and years of experience.
