Located in beautiful Western Michigan between Grand Rapids and the shores of Lake Michigan, ​QST Consultations, LTD. is a full-service clinical research organization (CRO) providing full clinical operations, data management, statistical analysis support and medical writing services to the drug and device development industries. Founded in 1974, the company has collaborated with clients on many successful Phase I-III and Post-Marketing clinical trials designed to support 510(k), PMA, ANDA, and NDA submissions, along with ongoing marketing activity support. QST’s primary focus is to meet the goals of each client through personalized service and technical expertise; we currently work with a range of sponsors that extend from small start-up organizations to well-established leaders in the pharmaceutical industry.

 

As the company continues to grow, there is an incredible opportunity for a Clinical Data Coordinator II to manage the data review process for ongoing clinical studies and ensure data collection and protocol requirements are met. Our ideal candidate will report onsite in our Allendale office.

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing data entry and quality control data entry for data entered into manual data entry systems
  • Participating in the execution of data validation procedures
  • Reviewing data review plans and identifying edit checks to be programmed as part of the data review process
  • Reviewing clinical data for data discrepancies and follow queries to resolution, identifying repeat problem areas and notifying lead data manager
  • Coordinating data review activities with monitoring schedules
  • Assigning data review tasks, to other data reviewers, per the data management data review plan
  • Overseeing coordination of database export quality control and participating in export quality control activities as necessary.

 

You must:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree with at least two (2) years of relevant industry experience or a high school diploma and a minimum of four (4) years of related experience
  • Have a good understanding of clinical research, regulatory environment, and medical technology
  • Be a team player and be able to work well with others
  • Have outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Have an analytical mindset and be a critical thinker
