What we are looking for

Sage Solutions Group is searching for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our client's Human Resource Departments to support our client's strategic goals. The selected candidate will also provide consultation to leadership on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and training development, budget, legal compliance, employee engagement, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be able to support the growth and employee development ensuring that our clients maintain an award-winning team and positive culture.

What you will need to have

  • A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, HR preferred
  • Professional in Human Resources certification preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years HR Generalist level experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Willingness to travel to HR assignments
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize
  • Flexibility, adaptability and initiative

What you will be doing

  • Providing onsite HR Generalist functions at various locations 
  • Developing implementing, maintaining, and training on HR policies
  • Providing assistance with on-boarding, open enrollment, hiring and recruitment  
  • Providing assistance as needed with payroll, benefits, compliance, documentation, filing, etc. 
  • Partnering with leadership to achieve key strategic plans
