Exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer of building products in the outdoor living segment.
The Inside Sales position will play a key role in building relationships with existing customers and introducing our products to new customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Lumber and Building Materials industry and sales experience (phone sales experience a big plus!).
Our office is a high energy casual work environment located in Garland, TX. Hours for the position are 8:00AM – 5:00PM Monday through Friday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintaining relationships with contacts through regular communication and follow-up
- Follow-up with contacts to advance them through the sales process
- Making a high volume of outbound calls to prospect for new customers and introduce our products
- Coordinate with other team members
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products
- Meet or exceed required activity & performance standards
- Logging all activity in Salesforce CRM

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Minimum high school degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the construction or building industry
- Proven track record in achieving sales quotas
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential customer
- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers
- Ability to develop positive working relationships in a team environment
- CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
