Description

All Energy Solar is seeking full-time Solar Installers to join our team. The Solar Installer will work with an installation team to assemble and install all components of a photovoltaic solar array. 

Responsibilities

• Prepare job site for solar installation
• Structurally mount racking and solar equipment
• Skillfully use power tools, ladders, and other equipment to complete solar installations
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Take responsibility for personal and team safety on the job site by following and enforcing all safety regulations
• Other relevant duties as needed

• Thrives in a small team environment
• Portrays a high level of professionalism and craftsmanship
• Has a positive and helpful demeanor
• Comfortable climbing ladders, and working on rooftops
• Experience working with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs
• Willing to work long hours in extreme environments (cold, heat)
• Reliable transportation
• Valid state driver’s license
• Willingness to travel 

• This is a full-time position with an expected starting pay rate of $20 per hour, with additional opportunities for pay increases at 90 days and 180 days based on performance
