Lead Solar Installer - Minnesota

All Energy Solar is seeking a full-time Lead Solar Installer to join our team! The Lead Solar Installer will lead a team of 4-5 individuals in providing an efficient and quality solar installation. This is a great development opportunity for anyone!

Duties

• Provide training, mentorship, and feedback for crew members
• Use power tools, ladders, digging equipment while adhering to safety guidelines
• Communicate with homeowners, business owners, and management on installation progress
• Problem solve to maneuver road blocks on installations
• Manage cleanup of job site
• Complete all required paperwork in a professional and efficient manner

• >1 year of PV solar installation experience required
• >2 years of rooftop or construction experience required
• Thrives in a team environment
• Proven ability to successfully lead a team
• Highly organized
• Resourceful and creative
• Portrays a high level of professionalism
• Has a positive and helpful demeanor
• Comfortable climbing ladders, and working on rooftops
• Experience working with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50-75lbs
• Comfortable working long hours in extreme environments (cold, heat)
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Valid state driver’s license

• This is a full-time position with an expected pay rate of $20-30 per hour.
