Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across all 300 units and common areas

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems

Required Qualifications

EPA Certification (Environmental Protection Agency)
CPO Certification (Certified Pool Operator)

Knowledge of apartment maintenance systems and procedures
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
