We are seeking a Flow Control Technician to join our team in Winchester, IN. In this role, you will serve as a trusted ambassador for our company, performing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of pumps and other rotating equipment. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable, responsive service. This is a full-time position, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. If you enjoy hands-on work and being outdoors, this is the opportunity for you.
The starting pay for this role will be based on experience.

What You'll Do:

Perform on-site service, installation, start-ups, and repairs of pumps and related rotating equipment.
Conduct evaluations, provide technical recommendations, and complete required company reports.
Use service software for communication, scheduling, and workflow management.
Maintain a positive demeanor with a focus on growing the sales and service business.
Ensure proper care and maintenance of the company vehicle and equipment.
Follow all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Demonstrate physical stamina, lifting, bending, etc.
Perform required inspection as directed per work instructions and quality checklist.
Operate at customer site locations using hand/power tools and office equipment such as laptops and smartphones.
Carry out additional responsibilities as needed

What We Need From You:

High school diploma or GED (general education degree)
Valid insurable driver&rsquo;s license required (clean Motor Vehicle Report for past 3 years), Class A CDL not required but preferred
2&ndash;3 years of field experience working with pumps or related equipment in a service-based environment preferred.
Strong mechanical proficiency with proven problem-solving skills.
Able to use precision measuring tools (i.e. dial calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Proficiency aligning equipment using laser alignment and dial indicators, in addition to reading blueprints and drawings
Excellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills with proven ability to clearly communicate with engineering, technical support, sales, management, and customers
Demonstrate strong work ethic with ability to work under minimal direction and supervision.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Understand how to layout and fabricate piping systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations for working with hazardous chemicals, handling high pressure, and high temperature liquids
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
There may be times where overnight travel is required.

What You'll Do:

Drive with Pride: Operate trucks over 26,000 lbs. (Class A) or 26,001 lbs. with additional towing (Class B) to transport stone, equipment, and materials to job sites.
Cargo Maestro/ Laborer duties: Safely load, unload, and verify cargo accuracy, ensuring timely deliveries.
Paperwork Pro: Complete daily paperwork with precision and manage time efficiently.
Weather Warrior: Navigate safely through all driving conditions, from heavy traffic to inclement weather.
Safety First: Inspect the vehicle before each shift, perform basic maintenance, and adhere to our safety standards.

What We Need:

Licenses: Must hold a Class A CDL License to operate our vehicles. Tanker endorsement preferred, but not required. 
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: Experience operating heavy equipment or diesel trucks.
Travel: Able and willing to travel weekly and be away from home up to 5 days a week.
Skills: Reliable and self-motivated with a customer-centric approach and strong knowledge of roads, traffic laws, and DOT regulations.

What You'll Do:

Keep gear in top shape with daily checks for function and safety, handling minor fixes and notifying supervisors about any concerns.
Dive into installing various trench shoring systems with skill and precision.
Take charge of determining the best installation approach for each unique project, whether it&rsquo;s for sewer systems, storm drains, clean water, or force mains.
Be ready for all kinds of excavation challenges, including those tricky high-water environments.
Work together with the Foreman and/or Superintendent, using assigned equipment to get the job done.
Keep the communication flowing smoothly within our team and with our supervisors.
Ensure all work meets our high-quality standards and follows the best operating practices.
Be ready to pitch in wherever needed for other tasks.

What We Need from You:

Experience in trenchless installation, including laying pipe, is highly preferred.
Familiar with operating pipe laser, able to shoot grade and knowledgeable in trench shoring and safety.
A valid driver&rsquo;s license required with clean motor vehicle report is required.
Comfortable working in outside weather conditions at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and moderate noise levels.
Physical Demands: Regularly lift, push, pull and move up to 75 pounds. Use pneumatic, battery powered or electric tools. Must have ability to wear respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces.
