Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives and corporate events that enhance brand visibility, support business development efforts, and strengthen client relationships. This role manages the company&rsquo;s social media platforms, including select executive accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across all channels. The position also supports the Sales & Marketing team through networking events and administrative support. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, the Marketing and Event Coordinator ensures all marketing activities and events align with company goals, are professionally executed, and contribute to overall company growth and market presence.
 
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
Event Planning & Execution
&middot;        Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including trade shows, industry conferences, client meetings and outings, networking events, and internal company events. 
&middot;        Develop and maintain an industry event calendar identifying opportunities for company participation and brand awareness. 
&middot;        Track event outcomes and assist in evaluating event effectiveness and return on investment (ROI). 
 
Marketing & Social Media
&middot;        Manage and maintain the company&rsquo;s social media platforms by creating consistent, professional, and engaging content, including regularly visiting jobsites and field locations to capture photos, videos, and other content highlighting company operations, projects, and culture. 
&middot;        Support executive social media content and coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including presentations, digital content, and promotional assets, while ensuring consistent messaging and brand standards across all marketing channels and communications. 
&middot;        Support graphic design and layout needs for marketing materials and event assets to ensure brand consistency. 
&middot;        Manage company promotional items, including sourcing, ordering, inventory tracking, and distribution of branded merchandise and event giveaways. 
 
Brand Development & Visibility
&middot;        Support initiatives that enhance brand awareness, market presence, and client engagement. 
&middot;        Ensure all marketing, branding, and event activities align with company values, strategic objectives, and overall business goals.
 
Work Requirements
&middot;        Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen and criminal background check 
&middot;        Be able to provide valid identification for the I-9 Immigration document
&middot;        Display a professional and courteous attitude
&middot;        Report to work at the designated start time
&middot;        Must be willing and able to travel to work sites within region

Qualifications
Required
&middot;        3+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, event coordination, or related roles. 
&middot;        Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
&middot;        Ability to travel to client facilities, conferences, industrial jobsites, and company events as needed. 
&middot;        Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and relevant software. 
&middot;        Exercise independent judgment regarding marketing priorities, vendors, and event planning.
Preferred
&middot;        Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
&middot;        Experience working with General Contractors, EPCs, and Owner-Operators. 
&middot;        Existing industry network within refinery, petrochemical, or midstream sectors. 
&middot;        Experience with social media management, digital marketing platforms, and basic graphic design tools.

The Estimator supports Gallant&rsquo;s Preconstruction team by preparing accurate, competitive and comprehensive cost estimates for commercial construction projects. This role collaborates closely with Preconstruction leadership, Cost Engineers, project teams, architects, and trade partners to support Gallant&rsquo;s bidding strategies and project execution objectives. The Estimator is responsible for managing multiple deadline-driven pricing efforts while ensuring scope completeness, cost accuracy and alignment with client and company goals.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
&bull;Review and analyze construction plans, specifications and related documents to develop detailed, accurate project estimates.
&bull;Display a general understanding of differing project types and the estimating intricacies involved with bidding each type, currently inclusive of, but not limited to, corporate interiors, healthcare interiors, and all shapes and sizes of ground-up projects.
&bull;Manage a steady stream of deadline-driven pricing efforts for clients, construction managers, property managers, hospital administrators and other industry stakeholders.
&bull;Identify, evaluate and assemble appropriate subcontractor and trade partner bid lists for each assigned pricing and bidding effort.
&bull;Prepare, issue and manage bid invitations through the Building Connected platform and other approved systems.
&bull;Perform job walks, site visits, and field observations as required to document existing conditions and ensure accurate scope development.
&bull;Conduct outreach to trade partners to support bid participation, confirm scope coverage, and clarify inclusions and exclusions prior to bid day.
&bull;Analyze subcontractor proposals for scope completeness, pricing accuracy, and alignment with project requirements.

&bull;Utilize historical cost data, market trends, and lessons learned to improve future estimating accuracy and competitiveness.
&bull;Maintain organized and accurate documentation for all assigned estimates and bidding efforts.

Position Overview
Assists Project Manager and with the planning and daily execution of the construction project. Responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule as assigned by the Project Manager, by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials, maintaining schedules and budgets.

Project Financial Responsibilities

Assists project management by proactively managing the project budget by controlling expenses, administering owner and subcontractor billings, identifying work not covered by subcontractor&rsquo;s scope of work/budget and ensuring the success of office support functions related to the overall cost and scheduled completion.

Preconstruction Services

Establish procedures for controlling/distributing contract drawings.
Initiates set-up of the job management file system on the N: Drive.

Initiates the building permit process.

Project Initiation

Assists with preparation and coordination of proposals, manuals, and presentations.

Project Administration

Attends project meetings with Owner, Design Team and other team members, proactively prepares and distributes meeting-specific agendas, meeting minutes and other supporting documentation.
Assists in preparation of Client requested documents and timely distribution of those documents to the Project Manager for review and external distribution
Reviews and understands Project Scope of Services within the Project Contract to help ensure project team delivers expected services.
Manages project tracking logs (RFI, Submittal, Subcontractor CO, Quality&hellip;) and facilitates the receipt, review, distribution and filing of such project documentation.
Assist Project Manager in Subcontractor change order pricing and subsequent subcontract change orders.
