Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Medication Administration & Documentation

Responsibility:

Collects trash in the main kitchen.
Clean walls and floor to include other related sanitation duties.

Requirement:

Must hold a valid Food Handlers Certification (ServSafe)
Ability to provide support and complete tasks associated with Serving meals, assisting with meal preparation following recipes for pre-planned menus
Demonstrate proficiency in oral, and written communications, and interpersonal skills, appropriate to professional food service settings during the performance of the contract.
Ability to perform simple math. 
Must be able to write and type notes using basic computer skills.
Be able to lift between 25-40 pounds with a dolly and other moving equipment assistance and stand for long periods

Responsibility: 

Load and unload materials, clean equipment, and assist in all food prep, service, and storage areas where assigned 
Assist in the preliminary preparation of meals and in meal preparation as directed 
Safely operate mixers, ovens, choppers, shredders, steamers, grills, grinders, steam tables, specialty food docking stations, and all other food services-related equipment, when directed. 
Operate commercial ware washer, dishwasher, and pot washer 
Perform sanitation within the central kitchen and residential areas 
Serve meals to residential patients 
Direct the set-up of stations on the tray line with the correct supplies and food items and the breaking down and cleaning of the station after the serving period. Open and/or pan bulk food items for use on the tray line;
