Integrated Financial Settlements, Inc is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Associate to drive the execution and optimization of our integrated digital marketing programs. In this hands-on role, you'll combine strong execution skills with analytical thinking to build awareness, deepen engagement, and support measurable business growth across email, web, social media, digital advertising, CRM, and beyond.
Working closely with our Director of Integrated Marketing and cross-functional teams, you'll translate marketing strategies into coordinated digital campaigns that generate real results. Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Execution

Execute integrated digital campaigns across email, websites, social media, paid media, webinars, and other digital channels
Partner with the Director of Integrated Marketing to translate campaign strategies into detailed execution plans, workflows, timelines, and deliverables
Build, test, deploy, and monitor email campaigns, landing pages, forms, digital advertising, and other campaign components
Coordinate campaign execution across Marketing, Creative, Business Development, Learning & Development, Compliance, and external partners
Support digital activation surrounding product initiatives, conferences, educational programs, thought leadership, and other strategic priorities

Email Marketing & Marketing Automation

Manage day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, list management, testing, deployment, and reporting
Build automated workflows and nurture programs designed to deepen engagement with attorneys, consultants, financial advisors, claimants, and other Integrated Financial Settlements audiences
Maintain campaign calendars and audience governance to ensure communications are coordinated, relevant, and appropriately targeted
Identify opportunities to improve personalization, segmentation, and lifecycle engagement

CRM & Lead Management

Support CRM and marketing automation initiatives that improve visibility into audience engagement and business development opportunities
Partner with Business Development to establish processes for lead capture, qualification, routing, tracking, and follow up
Help maintain accurate campaign and engagement data within CRM and marketing platforms
Support development of audience segments, engagement scoring, and other tools that improve targeting and follow up effectiveness

Website & Digital Experience

Support ongoing management and optimization of the Integrated Financial Settlements website and other digital properties
Coordinate website content updates, landing pages, campaign experiences, and calls to action in partnership with Creative and Integrated Marketing
Support SEO and search visibility initiatives
Monitor website traffic, visitor behavior, engagement, and conversion activity and identify opportunities for improvement
Help ensure digital experiences remain current, intuitive, brand consistent, and aligned with business objectives

Social Media & Digital Advertising

Support execution of Integrated Financial Settlements' organic and paid social media programs
Coordinate campaign content and distribution across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Assist with paid digital campaigns, including audience targeting, campaign setup, monitoring, and performance reporting
Work with internal teams and external partners to continuously improve digital reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness

Sales & Business Development Enablement

Partner with Business Development to translate growth priorities into targeted digital marketing initiatives
Support development and digital distribution of materials that help BD teams engage attorneys, consultants, financial advisors, and strategic partners
Coordinate digital outreach before and after conferences, webinars, meetings, and other relationship development opportunities
Help connect marketing engagement data with appropriate business development follow up

Measurement, Reporting & Optimization

Track performance across email, website, social media, digital advertising, webinars, and other digital channels
Develop recurring reporting that provides visibility into audience growth, engagement, conversion, and campaign performance
Analyze results and identify opportunities to improve targeting, messaging, channel selection, and overall campaign effectiveness
Partner with the Director of Integrated Marketing to establish benchmarks and KPIs and continuously optimize programs based on performance



What We're Looking For
Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, integrated marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, or a related discipline
Proven experience executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
Financial services, insurance, legal, professional services, or another regulated industry experience preferred
Experience working collaboratively with sales or business development teams is strongly preferred

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of email marketing, digital campaigns, social media, website management, and marketing automation
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Working knowledge of digital analytics, campaign measurement, SEO, paid media, and audience segmentation
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
Analytical mindset with an interest in using data to improve marketing effectiveness
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across teams

Technical Skills
Experience with some combination of the following is preferred:

Salesforce or comparable CRM platform
Marketing automation and email marketing platforms
Google Analytics and related digital analytics tools
WordPress or comparable content management systems
LinkedIn Campaign Manager and social media platforms
SEO and paid search tools

Work Environment

40-hour work week

The Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to be the backbone of our Austin operations. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee day-to-day administrative operations while providing essential support to Human Resources, employee onboarding, office management, and special projects. You'll serve as a key point of contact for employees, vendors, and visitors&mdash;ensuring a positive workplace experience and efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities
Office Administration

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth workplace functioning.
Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries from employees, vendors, and visitors.
Create and maintain office procedures, policies, and organizational systems to promote efficiency and consistency.
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility needs with building management and service providers.
Manage office supplies, kitchen supplies, equipment, and inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
Ensure office equipment is operational and schedule service when necessary to minimize downtime.
Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries promptly and accurately.
Maintain a professional office appearance and organization that reflects our company values.
Oversee copy machine and postage machine supply and assist users with operational issues.
Handle shipping and corporate office mailing activities, preparing outgoing shipments and selecting appropriate vendors.
Partner with IT Solutions and building management to obtain suite and garage access badges for new corporate employees.

Executive and Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to company leadership as requested, including scheduling and project coordination.
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for executives as needed.
Coordinate and manage projects when assigned by leadership to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are high-quality.
Support process improvement efforts and identify operational efficiencies to enhance workplace productivity.
Perform ad hoc administrative, operational, and project-related tasks as needed to support business objectives.

Human Resources Support

Assist HR with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining personnel records.
Support internal employee events and communications to foster a positive company culture.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information.
Provide general administrative backup to the HR department during high-volume periods or staff absences.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for all team members.
Coordinate new user and visitor access forms for parking, building, and fitness center access.

Client and Vendor Relations

Serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues, clients, and business partners, delivering a professional and welcoming onsite experience.
Coordinate communications with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Support client-facing administrative activities as requested to enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate vendor invoices and ensure timely submission for payment to maintain positive vendor relationships.
Maintain vendor contracts and service agreements, tracking renewal dates and terms.
Assist with expense submission and documentation as part of office management responsibilities.
Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to office operations for audit and reference purposes.



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an office manager or similar administrative role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of business operations and administrative best practices.
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information.
Proven ability to multitask effectively in an environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Project management experience or certification.

The Role
Join our growing Accounting and Finance team as a Senior Accountant! With a clear path for advancement in our expanding company, you'll apply your GAAP expertise and public accounting experience to make a meaningful impact while developing your career.
Key Responsibilities

Drive timely completion of monthly financial statements and account reconciliations within ten working days of month-end
Execute month-end close processes and prepare precise journal entries
Compile and analyze monthly balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and management reports

Review general ledger activity to ensure proper account classifications
