About the role:
The Sales Associate will work on the frontlines ensuring that every customer has a positive and comfortable experience.  The Sales Associate will be an ambassador of Rhone and a representation of its principles (Gritty, Responsible, Evolving, Authentic, and Team Centered).  They should have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.

What you&rsquo;ll do:

Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset
Build relationships with customers, team members and business partners
Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits
Assess the customer&rsquo;s individual needs providing product recommendations
Support all areas of the selling floor including fitting rooms and point of sale
Assist with replenishment, visual standards, and other operational tasks
Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions and sharing ideas
Demonstrate inclusive behavior across team and customers

Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be 18 years of age or older

Deliver in-the-moment feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates as needed, both new and tenured
Foster and support a productive employee culture 
Gather feedback from customers, store team members, and via observation to report to store management team
Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset
Build relationships with customers, team members and business partners
Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits
Assess the customer&rsquo;s individual needs providing product recommendations

Recruit, select, and onboard employees who are passionate about pursuing progress in their own lives. Coach, develop and manage the performance of employees to create a scalable workforce that sets Rhone up for growth
Create and implement business strategies to attract new customers, drive traffic to the store  and increase profitability
Represent the brand, brand image, and culture during internal and external events
Exhibit business acumen as it relates to retail and store financial goals
Meet and exceed store sales targets and KPI&rsquo;s
Train your team to be product knowledge experts ensuring they are able to speak to the features and benefits of Rhone products
Ensure all Rhone team members deliver exceptional customer service as they represent the brand
Address customer complaints swiftly and completely showing empathy and compassion
Uphold operational standards,  providing a safe and clean store environment for your customers and your team
Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
Create and communicate the biweekly staff schedule in accordance with shifting business needs adhering to payroll goals as communicated by HQ business partners
Open and Close the store as needed
Maintain visual merchandising standards as communicated by HQ business partners
Ensure all shipping and receiving are processed efficiently and in a timely manner
Communicate inventory and assortment needs to HQOpen to additional roles and responsibilities as deemed necessary

About the role:
The Retail Key Holder will work on the frontlines ensuring that every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. The Key Holder will oversee other team members and open and close the store as needed.  They should have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.   

What you&rsquo;ll do:

Act as the leader on the floor, driving store vision and purpose on the floor, as well as acting as the point of contact for all customer service and operational questions
Mentor team members by being visible and setting an example for what great customer experience and product knowledge looks like
Deliver in-the-moment feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates as needed, both new and tenured
Foster and support a productive employee culture 
Gather feedback from customers, store team members, and via observation to report to store management team
Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset
Build relationships with customers, team members and business partners
Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits
Assess the customer&rsquo;s individual needs providing product recommendations
Maintain presentation of the sales floor, product, signage, and displays in accordance with Rhone&rsquo;s visual merchandising standards
Work with store management to ensure shipping and receiving are processed in accordance with Company standards
Maintain a neat and organized stockroom in accordance with Rhone&rsquo;s organizational standards
Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions and sharing ideas
Demonstrate inclusive behavior across team and customers

Represent the brand, brand image, and culture during internal and external events
Exhibit business acumen as it relates to retail and store financial goals
Meet and exceed store sales targets and KPI&rsquo;s

Ensure all Rhone team members deliver exceptional customer service as they represent the brand

Ensure all shipping and receiving are processed efficiently and in a timely manner
Communicate inventory and assortment needs to HQOpen to additional roles and responsibilities as deemed necessary
