What You&rsquo;ll Do
As a Field Service Technician, you will independently execute and lead service activities while representing Cyclonaire with professionalism and confidence at customer sites.
Key responsibilities include:


Commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Cyclonaire systems


Performing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control-related service work


Diagnosing and resolving complex issues using structured troubleshooting methods


Leading or supporting commissioning of complex systems (senior-level scope)


Identifying patterns, systemic issues, and opportunities for improvement


Providing guidance or informal mentoring to other technicians as experience allows


Delivering clear, accurate documentation and service reporting


Communicating effectively with customers, operators, and internal teams

What You Bring


Associate degree in Electromechanical Technology or equivalent experience


Mid- to senior-level field service, industrial maintenance, or automation experience


Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills


Experience with PLC-based systems, commissioning, and industrial controls preferred


Ability to manage extensive travel (80&ndash;90%, domestic and international)


Valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to obtain/maintain a passport


Must live in close proximity to a major airport

 About the Role
As a Purchasing Agent, you play a critical role in keeping our production team running smoothly. You&rsquo;ll plan, source, and track materials, working closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure everything shows up when it&rsquo;s needed &mdash; no surprises.

Maintain accurate data in the ERP system

Collaborate with Accounting to resolve pricing or invoice discrepancies
Keep documentation organized and up to date

What You'll Do
As Automation Supervisor, you'll provide leadership, management, and accountability for our Automation and Electrical Design team while helping shape the future of our automation strategy.
Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach, and develop a team of automation and electrical design professionals

What This Position Is Not
This is a mechanical engineering position focused on industrial pneumatic conveying and material handling systems. This is not a software engineering, computer engineering, IT, networking, application development, or technical support role.
Candidates with backgrounds or interests in mechanical engineering, industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, material handling systems, process equipment, or capital equipment environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
Position Summary
The Application Engineer III independently evaluates customer application requirements and develops engineered solutions for pneumatic conveying and bulk material handling systems. This position partners closely with Business Development Managers, customers, independent sales representatives, and internal teams to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and develop technical proposals that align customer needs with Cyclonaire's capabilities.
The Application Engineer III serves as a technical resource throughout the sales process and is responsible for managing complex application opportunities from initial evaluation through project handoff. This role applies advanced engineering knowledge, sound judgment, and industry expertise to develop optimized solutions, support customer testing, and drive successful project outcomes.
This position carries out its responsibilities in alignment with Cyclonaire's Core Values and commitment to delivering exceptional customer solutions.
What You'll Do

Independently evaluate customer applications and process requirements, including material characteristics, conveying rates, system layouts, and operational objectives.
Design and recommend complete pneumatic conveying and bulk material handling solutions.
Perform engineering calculations and equipment sizing using PneuCalc and other engineering tools.
Create process flow diagrams, technical drawings, and proposal documentation.
Develop detailed quotations and proposals using QuoteWerks.
Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations and technical specifications.
Lead technical discussions with customers, Business Development Managers, and independent sales representatives.
Serve as a technical resource during customer meetings, presentations, and solution reviews.
Manage customer opportunities, workflows, and documentation within Salesforce CRM.
Create order documentation and support project initiation activities.
Participate in customer and project kickoff meetings.
Oversee and support material testing activities, including setup, testing, analysis, and recommendations.
Identify technical risks and recommend optimized solutions.
Mentor and support less experienced Application Engineers.
Contribute to continuous improvement of application engineering processes, tools, and standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field.
4-7 years of engineering experience in industrial equipment, material handling systems, manufacturing, process engineering, automation, or related industries.
Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do
As an Electrical Mechanical Assembler, you'll help assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot custom equipment while working alongside a skilled and supportive team.
Responsibilities include:

Assemble Cyclonaire equipment using mechanical and electrical drawings
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and shop orders
Wire electrical components and instrumentation
Perform startup, calibration, functional testing, and safety checks
Troubleshoot equipment and drawing issues
Perform basic equipment repairs and preventative maintenance
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety standards

What We're Looking For

Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Ability to read a tape measure accurately

High School Diploma or GED preferred
