      <description><![CDATA[Job Summary 
The Case Manager I works as part of a collaborative team to help create a safe, supportive, and Christ-centered environment for guests in a residential recovery program. This role is part of a 24-hour care team that provides advocacy-based support, spiritual guidance, referrals, and case management services to guests engaged in addiction recovery.
 
Schedule: Wednesday &ndash; Sunday 2:00PM - 10:30PM
 
Target starting pay: $25.39/hour
 
How you will serve

Conduct intake assessments and screenings for new program guests.
Manage an assigned caseload of guests participating in the addiction recovery program meeting with guests weekly to provide ongoing case management support.
Provide crisis intervention, chemical dependency support, and referrals to external services as needed.
Maintain thorough, organized, and confidential updates case notes using the Client Tracker system (CT11) and other electronic and paper files as needed.
Administers supervised urine screenings in accordance with program policy.
Conduct regular welfare checks in guest living areas and restrooms.
Help coordinate and facilitate Bible studies, support groups, classes, and addiction recovery curriculum.
Foster a positive, professional, and Christ-honoring atmosphere throughout the facility.
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and healing facility environment.
Participate in organizational meetings, training, and initiatives as required.
Perform other duties assigned to support the Mission&rsquo;s success.

 
How you qualify

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. A combination of education and at least two years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of one year of case management experience required.
One year of experience in a social service, recovery, or rescue mission setting preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The Relationship Manager I will work under the direction of the Director of External Affairs to research and cultivate strategic partner relationships with the Mission&rsquo;s community referral partners across the greater Seattle area. In addition, this position will coordinate with internal teams at individual program sites to schedule site visits and tours with community referral partners, proactively network with referral agencies to educate about the Mission Programming and the Centralized Intake System and serve as a community advocate for the work of the Mission. 
 
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
 
Target starting pay: $27.42/hour
 
How you will serve
 

Seek out and steward community providers and resources that best serve our guests, responding to evolving caller needs and external changes, while keeping Mission staff informed and prepared to connect individuals to timely, compassionate support.
Document and maintain a comprehensive list of agencies or providers who refer guests to Mission programming, including the quantity and quality of the referrals.
Establish and steward a centralized master resource database, ensuring it is current, reliable, and accessible to call agents and all Mission staff to effectively serve and advocate for our guests with clarity and compassion.
Develop and maintain a feedback loop for call center agents&rsquo; interactions to surface unmet needs and emerging trends, translating realtime insights into actionable recommendations for addressing resource gaps.
Maintain clear and ongoing communication with the Referral & Intake team regarding partner and provider updates, including intake processes, best practices, and changes to requirements or service availability.
Build, sustain, and improve long-term relationships with community referral partners and intake staff at the Mission. 
Educate and inform community referral partners about the Mission&rsquo;s program offerings and intake criteria. 
Learn and maintain knowledge of the Mission&rsquo;s evolving programs, service offerings, and intake process. 
Perform excellent customer service for internal and external customers. 
Plan for and host Partnership Events with the Director
Meet performance targets around number of relationships and number of corresponding referrals. 
Participate in organizational meetings, training, and initiatives as required.
Perform other duties assigned to support the Mission&rsquo;s success.

 
How you qualify

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Two (2) or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related position
Working knowledge of data entry systems is required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 
Knowledge of homeless services is a plus.

The Facilities Technician I will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs. This person will carry out construction, remodeling, and renovation projects as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
Scheduled: Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 3:00PM
Target starting pay: $27.42/hour
 
How you will serve

Perform general repair and maintenance in the following areas: Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, sheetrock repair, flooring, HVAC systems, and refrigeration systems.
Able to perform remodeling and new construction projects as assigned by the Facilities manager.
Work independently and as a Facilities team member completing assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records and reporting.
Carry out any other department duties as assigned by supervisor, such as janitorial, landscaping, and minor vehicle maintenance.
Required to be on call one week per month.
Attend and participate in all Mission, Division and Department meetings and training courses, as required.
Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.

          High school diploma or equivalent required.

The Part-Time Overnight Support Services Associate I will be responsible for maintaining facility safety, order, and cleanliness and will provide backup assistance to other staff at the Women & Children's Ministries facilities.
 
Scheduled: Wednesday - Friday 10:00 pm - 6:30 am 
Starting Pay: $21.30 + $1.00 shift differential for the hours from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am
 
How you will serve 

Perform janitorial duties, including duties left over from a different shift.
Assess and record safety hazards and maintenance needs.
Perform random and frequent walks through the entire interior of the building. Record evening report in the staff log at the end of each shift.
Handle issues that may arise with individuals during an overnight night shift (if applicable)
Do occasional room checks or searches as needed.
Respond to emergency calls on overnight phone (if applicable)
Assist with a variety of administrative duties.
Act as backup to Guest Services by performing Breathalyzer tests and Urine Analysis drug screens for individuals entering the building after curfew or returning from the hospital.
Handle office telephones and monitor incoming people.
Record and organize messages for clients and staff. 
Provide referrals for callers when necessary.
Participate in organizational meetings, training, and initiatives as required.

Daily compiles a thorough record of the events on your shift in staff log.

Take calls for people looking to get into one of our programs; provide resources when necessary.

How you will serve

Manage a portfolio of 150 major gift donors and prospects who can make multi-year commitments of five to Six-figure gifts, including:

Through proactively reaching and caring for new and existing major donors, make at least 2 annual in-person/ virtual face-to-face visits to each major donor.
Develop positive and professional relationships with lapsed donors to reactivate them at the major donor level.
Make regular $100,000+ asks, based on donor capacity and interest.
Proactively build relationships with potential principal-level givers to be handed off in joint collaboration with leadership
Develop individual development strategies for each donor and prospect in the major portfolio.
Develop positive and professional relationships with new and current major donors.
Provide regular reports to donors regarding the Missions programs.


Meet annual revenue goals for your portfolio, as established by the Major Gifts Director.

Develop growth maximization and implementation strategies for current donors.
Develop new prospecting tools and objectives for new donors.
Implement unique and timely gift-ask opportunities that support and enhance donor partnerships and relationships with the Mission. Challenging donors with capacity impact - focused asks versus incremental growth through proposal and offer presentations.


Keep complete and accurate records and produce reports on donor strategies and activities, including:

Early prospect outreach, identification of new prospects, growth in cumulative giving, dollars raised, donors secured, and handoffs conducted.
Track donor activity in the database.
Track and report fundraising metrics to Senior Director of Principal Giving.


Seek to increase the level of major-level donor giving each year, ensuring proper stewardship and recognition of donors.
Represent the Mission when called upon to speak to small groups, schools, or clubs. In addition, professionally articulate the Missions vision and values verbally and in writing to prospects and current donors.
Increase personal knowledge of the fundraising profession.
Attend and participate in all Mission, Division, and Department meetings and training, as required.
