Position Summary 


The Social Media Marketing Coordinator is a creative and channel strategist responsible for building and elevating UAA's practice brand presence across social media. 


This role drives content quality and channel performance across practice handles while personally shooting, editing, and producing content. 


Reporting into the VP of Marketing, this is an ideal role for a creative-first, results-oriented marketer who is equally comfortable behind a camera as they are analyzing content performance. 


Key Responsibilities 


Practice Brand Building & Channel Growth 




Own social media strategy, content, and channel performance across UAA's practice portfolio&mdash; driving brand presence, follower growth, engagement, and lead generation across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. 






Personally shoot, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content, bringing a creative and technical editing skills to every piece of content published 






Establish content quality benchmarks, visual guidelines, and editorial direction that reflect the luxury positioning of UAA practices 






Develop and maintain content calendars across practices, ensuring consistent cadence, brand alignment, and timely execution 






Track and report on social KPIs including follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and new patient inquiries &mdash; making data-backed recommendations to marketing leadership 






Stay ahead of social trends and rapidly translate relevant opportunities into on brand content 






Share top-performing organic content and audience insights with the paid media team to inform paid creative strategy 






Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies or vendors executing social media on behalf of UAA practices to ensure brand and accuracy approvals 






Monitor vendor performance against defined KPIs and flag gaps as needed 








Lead the strategic launch and growth of UAA&rsquo;s social presence on new platforms including TikTok 




Lead Generation & Conversion-Focused Content 




Execute a social content strategy aimed at driving new patient leads &mdash; including consultation CTAs, service spotlights, before-and-after storytelling, and offer-driven content 






Test content formats, CTAs, and posting strategies to improve lead volume and quality 






Own DM strategy and response protocols across practice handles, ensuring inquiries are captured promptly and handed off effectively to drive booking conversion 






Partner with the CRM and paid media team to ensure social-generated leads are tracked and attributed accurately 




Surgeon & Provider Handle Management & Collaboration 




Manage surgeon and provider social handles &mdash; supporting profile growth, content consistency, and brand alignment 






Build scalable enablement tools for providers &mdash; including branded templates, caption guides, and content frameworks that make it easy for them to post authentically 






Conduct provider social audits and deliver recommendations to improve profile performance 






Develop employee-generated content (EGC) programs that harness provider and staff content to extend the practice brand's reach 




Influencer, UGC & Community 




Build and manage an influencer and creator program &mdash; owning vetting, outreach, partnerships, and performance tracking 






Manage relationships with micro-influencers and creators across aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle; ensure FTC compliance and HIPAA considerations are upheld 






Build and maintain a UGC program &mdash; collecting, curating, and repurposing patient generated content with HIPAA-compliant consent workflows 






Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and tags across all practice handles in a timely, brand-appropriate manner 






Drive community engagement through proactive participation in relevant local groups, partner accounts, and industry conversations 




Practice Support 




Serve as a dedicated social media resource for select practices, developing deep familiarity with their brand, services, and providers 






Support field marketing efforts, content collection, event execution, and digital marketing initiatives as needed 






Qualifications 




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred 






2&ndash;4 years of social media marketing experience with a portfolio demonstrating content creation, video editing, and channel growth 






Proficiency shooting and editing photo and video/reel content &mdash; experience with Canva, Edits, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent required 






Proven ability to grow social handles with measurable results in follower growth, engagement, and lead generation 






Fluency across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube; experience launching or scaling a TikTok channel is a strong plus 






Understanding of how organic social connects to lead generation and conversion, not just brand awareness 






Background in medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, hospitality, or other multi location service businesses preferred 






Experience working with or managing external social media vendors or agencies a plus 






Experience contributing to an influencer or UGC program a plus 






Copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across brands and platforms

Position Summary
The Clinical Education Consultant partners with clinical and operational leadership to support provider development, clinical consistency, and training initiatives across a multi-site aesthetic medicine organization. This role provides expertise in clinical education, competency assessment, and best-practice development through a combination of virtual and on-site engagements.
The Consultant serves as a subject matter expert and advisor, helping leadership evaluate training needs, enhance provider performance, and support the implementation of enterprise clinical standards. This role is ideal for an experienced aesthetic clinician who enjoys coaching providers, conducting assessments, and contributing to scalable education programs in a flexible, project-based capacity.
Key Areas of Engagement
Provider Development & Education
&bull; Deliver training sessions and structured onboarding curricula for providers and clinical staff as requested by leadership.
&bull; Assist in the development and refinement of educational content, treatment protocols, competency tools, and training resources.
&bull; Provide individualized coaching and development recommendations for providers based on observed performance and identified learning needs.
&bull; Support implementation of injectable, laser, and device-specific training pathways.
Provider Assessment & Feedback
&bull; Conduct periodic competency evaluations and observational assessments at the request of leadership.

Qualifications
Required
&bull; Active Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
&bull; Minimum 8+ years of clinical practice with a strong foundation in patient care and advanced clinical decision-making with significant exposure to aesthetic medicine.
&bull; 5&ndash;7 years of hands-on clinical education experience in aesthetic medicine: injectables, energy-based devices, or skin care therapeutics 
&bull; Demonstrated experience in clinical training, staff development, or preceptorship within an aesthetic or medical setting 
&bull; Strong written and verbal communication; ability to deliver feedback constructively across provider levels 
&bull; Comfort working remotely with disciplined self-management and a high degree of accountability 
Strongly Preferred
&bull; Multi-site aesthetic, med spa, cosmetic dermatology, or plastic surgery experience.
&bull; Experience developing clinical education programs, competency frameworks, or training curricula.
&bull; Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning platforms.
&bull; Exposure to quality improvement, clinical operations, or policy and procedure development.
Consulting Arrangement
This is a part-time independent consulting engagement and role with potential to expand to full time based on organizational growth and professional performance. Work will be performed on a flexible, project-based schedule as mutually agreed upon between the Consultant and United Aesthetics Alliance.
The anticipated scope of engagement may fluctuate based on business needs, provider onboarding activity, training initiatives, and special projects. Compensation, billing, expected availability, travel requirements, and specific deliverables will be outlined in a separate consulting agreement. Travel is required for site visits, onboarding support, and clinical observation
Success in this role will be measured by the quality of training delivered, provider development outcomes, educational resource creation, and contribution to enterprise clinical excellence initiatives.

Position Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Controller to own the day-to-day accounting operations for UAA&rsquo;s multi-entity, multi-state platform. This is a hands-on leadership role in a lean, highperforming finance & accounting team. You will report directly to the CFO and serve as the accounting backbone of the company, ensuring the numbers are accurate, timely, and actionable. 
  
The right person loves building clean, scalable accounting processes and takes deep pride in the accuracy of the financial statements. You are operationally oriented, organized, and understand the nuances of multi-entity healthcare accounting. You are comfortable working across multiple EMRs and practice management systems, and you know how to drive close processes that actually close on time. You&rsquo;re excited about system implementations and scaling a multi-entity business. 

This role will require occasional travel across practice locations. 

Key Responsibilities 

Month-End Close & Financial Statements 
&bull;    Own and drive the monthly close process across all practice entities and the corporate holding company, targeting a close within 5&ndash;7 business days 
&bull;    Prepare and review consolidated and entity-level financial statements with full balance sheet integrity 
&bull;    Maintain the general ledger, chart of accounts, and intercompany eliminations across multiple legal entities 
&bull;    Prepare the monthly MD&A financial package in coordination with the CFO 
  
Accounts Payable, Receivable & Payroll 
&bull;    Oversee AP, AR, and payroll processes across all locations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance 
&bull;    Manage vendor relationships, approval workflows, and payment runs 
&bull;    Partner with practice administrators on revenue cycle integrity and collection follow-through 
&bull;    Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time across multiple states, in coordination with HR 
  
Internal Controls & Compliance 
&bull;    Design, document, and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls appropriate for a growing PE-backed healthcare platform 
&bull;    Manage multi-state sales tax, use tax, and other indirect tax obligations 
&bull;    Coordinate with external auditors, tax preparers, and Varsity Healthcare Partners on annual audit and tax filings 
&bull;    Ensure accounting treatment is consistent with GAAP and appropriate for the healthcare services industry 
  
M&A & Integration Support 
&bull;    Support financial diligence on acquisition targets, including historical financial normalization and working capital analysis 
&bull;    Lead accounting integration of newly acquired practices into the UAA chart of accounts and close process 
&bull;    Build and track financial models for de novo locations through the ramp period 
  
Systems & Process Improvement 
&bull;    Own the accounting system(s) and drive improvements in reporting, automation, and data accuracy 
&bull;    Evaluate and implement tools that reduce manual work and improve close speed and reliability 
&bull;    Standardize accounting processes across practices as the platform scales 

Additional Information

About the Role
The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) plays an essential role in supporting our surgeons and ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience at every visit &mdash; from consultation to post-operative care. This position requires excellent communication skills, clinical accuracy, empathy, and a passion for helping patients feel confident and cared for.
You&rsquo;ll assist our surgeons and providers with all aspects of patient care, help maintain the clinical flow of our busy practice, and uphold our high standards of safety and excellence.
What You&rsquo;ll Do
Patient Care and Clinical Support

Greet, room, and prepare patients for their visits with our surgeons and advanced practice providers.
Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and pertinent information in the EMR.
Assist with minor in-office procedures and post-operative appointments.
Educate patients on procedure details, surgical prep, recovery expectations, and care instructions.
Support patients with trying on breast implant sizers and reviewing before/after photos.
Capture and upload 3D Vectra XT images for surgical consultations (breast, rhinoplasty, etc.).
Take standardized pre- and post-operative photographs for patient records.
Perform dressing changes, suture removals, drain and catheter removals as directed by the surgeon.
Perform ear piercings for post-surgical patients when requested.
Ensure patient confidentiality and comfort throughout every interaction.

Clinical Operations and Workflow

Maintain exam room cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout the day.
Sterilize, package, and track instruments in compliance with infection control standards.
Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies, medications, and instruments.
Handle patient calls, portal messages, and emails related to post-op care and clinical questions.
Process FMLA and disability paperwork for physician completion and patient communication.
Manage patient consents and track approvals for before/after photo sharing.
Collaborate closely with surgeons, RNs, and other CMAs to ensure efficient daily clinic flow.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and patient experiences.

Team Engagement and Professional Development

Attend team huddles, staff meetings, and continuing education sessions as scheduled.
Maintain current clinical certifications and participate in annual competency reviews.
Support new team members and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED required.
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
Minimum of 1&ndash;2 years of clinical experience required; plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine preferred.

Licensure and Certification

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required (AAMA, AMT, or equivalent).
Current Minnesota State Certification as a CMA.
Current BLS/CPR Certification.

&middot;         Own CRM campaign strategy and execution across all UAA practices via email and SMS with accountability for lead conversion rates, consultation-to-booking conversion, patient repeat rates, provider utilization, AOV, and LTV contribution
&middot;         Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across the patient journey, ensuring the right message reaches the right patient at the right moment through segmentation, personalization, automation, and testing

Paid Advertising & Growth Marketing
&middot;         Partner cross-functionally on paid growth initiatives across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels
&middot;         Support landing page optimization, SEO initiatives, and AI-search optimization efforts
&middot;         Contribute to website optimization and UX improvements that support lead generation and consultation bookings
Practice Support
&middot;         Serve as the dedicated marketing point of contact and subject matter expert for select practices
&middot;         Support local marketing activations, partnerships, provider enablement, and patient engagement initiatives
&middot;         Identify opportunities that support practice-level growth, utilization, retention, and patient experience
Qualifications
&middot;         4&ndash;6 years of hands-on CRM and lifecycle marketing experience
&middot;         Experience within multi-location, appointment-driven, or service-based business models strongly preferred
&middot;         Experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, luxury wellness, beauty, hospitality, fitness, or other premium consumer services businesses strongly preferred
&middot;         Strong understanding of four-wall economics, consultation volume, booking conversion, provider utilization, repeat behavior, AOV, and LTV
&middot;         Experience marketing high-consideration, emotionally driven consumer services with longer conversion cycles preferred
&middot;         Experience leveraging AI-enabled marketing tools and workflows preferred
&middot;         Strong analytical, project management, communication, and organizational skills

Position Summary and Responsibilities:
 
Swan is seeking a talented BC/BE plastic surgeon to join our busy private practice in metro Atlanta specializing in 100% aesthetic plastic surgery of the breast, body and face. This highly sought after position provides high quality plastic surgery services in a boutique model and private JCAHO accredited surgery center. Acting as a key health advocate and strive daily to inform and empower all patients to feel more confident about their appearance. 
 
We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, committed to excellence in their work, and an experienced surgeon dedicated to providing a positive experience for all patients. You will become a highly valued member of our team from the first day of arrival, supported by a trusted brand and experienced staff. 
 
Required Experience: 
* 3+ years of experience in facial, breast, and body surgical experience required 
* Established patient base strongly preferred 
* Excellent bedside manner and ability to train to follow all safety protocols 
* Ability to ramp quickly 
* Bilingual a strong plus

What You&rsquo;ll Do:

As an Aesthetic Expert, you will play a key role in administrating cosmetic injectables, building long-term relationships with patients, and committing to providing exceptional patient care. You will also actively participate in marketing campaigns, social media posts, and other self-promotional activities to drive your business. As a key employee opening a new med spa location, the team expects you to bring in clientele through your personal brand, strong focus on patient care, and exceptional technical skills. Your responsibilities will include:

Conduct in-depth patient consultations to understand aesthetic goals and design customized treatment plans
Administer a full spectrum of cosmetic injectables, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other advanced aesthetic treatments with precision and care
Provide exceptional patient education, ensuring informed decisions and optimal treatment outcomes
Provide non-ablative laser services, including Moxi, BBL, and laser hair removal
Utilize advanced laser technologies for skin rejuvenation and tightening procedures
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records to support personalized treatment journeys
Capture before-and-after photography to document and showcase transformations
Stay ahead of industry advancements and refine techniques through ongoing education and training
Active participation in marketing campaigns, and maintaining a social media presence, as well as other self-promotional activities. 

What We&rsquo;re Looking For:

A licensed PA, NP, or RN in the state of Michigan
5+ years of cosmetic injection experience (required) in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting
A true artist with an eye for facial aesthetics and symmetry. Strong understanding of skin physiology and treatment customization.
A strong communicator who makes patients feel comfortable, understood, and valued.
A lifelong learner, eager to refine skills and embrace innovation in aesthetic medicine
Passionate about patient care and committed to delivering consistently excellent results.
Sales experience and a natural ability to guide patients in their aesthetic journey.
A collaborative team player who&rsquo;s excited to work alongside our talented team to launch and grow this brand new location.
