Job purpose
 
The Logistics Coordinator&rsquo;s primary objective is to monitor customer fuel levels, place fuel orders, schedule deliveries, track shipments, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of loads. This includes customer service, on-time delivery of service and quality. Must effectively manage internal processes and external vendors to ensure a safe and productive operation. The Logistics Coordinator is expected to interface directly with customers, company drivers, vendors, and other members of the Sapphire team. This position will report directly to the Director of Transportation.   
 
Duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
&bull;    Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery of equipment and commodities.
&bull;    Dispatch company drivers and communicate regularly with internal and third-party drivers.
&bull;    Monitor fleet tracking systems and work with operations on driver availability & performance.
&bull;    Manage & support between approximately 15-20 drivers.
&bull;    Oversee internal drivers & SGS equipment using the Samsara Fleet tracking system.
&bull;    Use LevelCon, Grafana & Samsara Industrial to monitor tank levels & customer fuel usage via SCADA systems.
&bull;    Analyze tank data using SGS software & input information into the SGS Weekly Planner to track deliveries and customer consumption effectively.
&bull;    Review the SGS Daily Tank Inventory Report to verify fuel usage and delivery accuracy.
&bull;    Utilize the SGS Cost Calculator & PCS Carrier Rates for accurate cost management and planning.
&bull;    Use PCSTMS Shipper to input data and dispatch loads to internal and external drivers.
&bull;    Update and provide tracking information to customers and internal managers.
&bull;    Develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day.
&bull;    Collaborate with customers & drivers to modify daily routes to accommodate customers' needs.
&bull;    Understand and ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures and policies.
&bull;    Work with transportation to identify and solve logistics issues and identify the root cause of problems in logistics, vendor management, or business quality.
&bull;    Prepare customer usage reports (weekly, monthly, projects) using Excel.
&bull;    Stay informed on DOT regulations, SGS policies, and government safety & regulatory standards.
&bull;    Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
&bull;    Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain & Operations Management, or related field preferred. 
&bull;    2+ years of transportation dispatch, logistics or industrial dispatch experience.
&bull;    Familiarity with Samsara, Grafana, PCS, SCADA, LevelCon or other similar ELD programs.
&bull;    Experience transporting hazardous materials (natural gas, oil, or hazardous bulk liquids). 
     - Tanker trucking experience preferred.
&bull;    Bill of Lading (BOL), weight data entry & assessorial fee documentation (trip charge, detention, overnight holds, etc.) experience.
&bull;    Knowledge of laws, regulations, and federal DOT requirements.
&bull;    Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
&bull;    Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and mobile email & mobile apps.
&bull;    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment & self-monitor with personal accountability.

The HAZMAT Transport Driver (Southwest Region) will be responsible for providing extensive knowledge, experience, and leadership for the safe transportation of natural gas projects. This position will report directly to the Director of Transportation. Must be local to the Southwestern Region required - AZ, CO, NM, NV & UT.

&bull;    Safely operating company equipment associated with the delivering, loading, and off-loading of LNG and CNG
&bull;    Understand applications and limitations of company equipment.
&bull;    Participate in pre-job planning and implementation activities as required.
&bull;    Set up and move equipment to and around project locations.
&bull;    Able to identify potential issues with company equipment as well as able to identify other issues during pre/post trip inspections.
&bull;    Properly report equipment defects, accident, traffic violations or damage to equipment
&bull;    Operate mid to heavy duty vehicles alone and combined with trailers.
&bull;    Secure cargo for transportation, using chains, binders, tarps, bungee cords, and ratchets.
&bull;    Adequately document daily activities including hours of service, fuel tracking and all DOT regulations

The Sapphire Fleet Maintenance Coordinator position will work closely with internal departments and external clients to maintain and coordinate the maintenance and reporting for fleet service lines. This position will include conducting maintenance reports and analysis along with coordinating with safety & compliance to ensure all equipment is operating and maintained in accordance with safety & compliance.
 
Duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work with established maintenance sites to assist with any prevention or repair needs.
Assist with pre- and post-mobilization inspections to ensure equipment readiness and identify issues
Move, Stage and organize equipment within the yard to support maintenance and operations
Identify, document and communicate equipment damage or maintenance needs.
Support management and dispatchers to coordinate any equipment maintenance necessary.
Work with drivers to facilitate a solution to any breakdowns or equipment incidents.
The authority to ground unsafe LNG & CNG equipment and vehicles. 
Oversee all DOT-regulated transportation assets as well as pressurized and cryogenic vessels. 
Develop and maintain all fleet maintenance reporting, including gap analysis.
Stay informed, updated, and proactive in managing the total aspects of fleet-leased vehicles. 
Create new SOPs and/or PM work orders in Upkeep, which include creating service types, task instructions, model work orders and 90-day Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
Work extensively with equipment maintenance software for setup, management and reporting of all equipment maintenance activities.
Document all work order creations or changes by maintaining Upkeep for PM work orders and task instructions. Periodic operations reviews.
Meet with management to review severity and prioritize notification orders and make updates as needed. Identify opportunities for improving service delivery methods.
Ensure all property, grounds, and facilities are clean and well-organized.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
&middot;       Requires a high school education or GED.
&middot;       CDL A; HAZMAT & Tanker Required
&middot;       3+ years fleet maintenance experience. CNG & LNG mechanical knowledge preferred.

The HSE Facilities Technician (Entry-Level) is responsible for successfully implementing relevant policies & programs and continuously improving HSE culture within the worksite. Based out of Midland, able to travel, primarily within Texas, 60-70%, based on project needs. This role will report to the Manager of Health Safety and Equipment (HSE)

&bull;    Conduct regular inspections of facilities, work areas, and equipment to ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulations. 
&bull;    Assist with site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
&bull;    Partner with management on onboarding new employees & lead employee engagement.
&bull;    Facilitate delivery and administration of health & safety initiatives and programs at project locations.
&bull;    Support adherence to company policies and regulations governing Sapphire operations.

&bull;    Collaborate to develop & update HSE policies & procedures under the guidance of the HSE Director.

      - Will drive a day cab trailer that will be a CNG or a Diesel truck. 
      - Should be home every night. Possibly stay out one night, if something arises.

&bull;    Capable of leading rig up, starting up, operating, shutting down, and shutting down each piece of equipment independently.
&bull;    Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
&bull;    Knowledge of various control systems installations.
&bull;    General mechanical aptitude.
&bull;    Mechanical rebuild of valves, regulators, and pneumatic & electric actuators, etc.
&bull;    Safely perform assigned tasks within limitations
&bull;    Responsible for all safety policies and procedures
&bull;    Understand applications and limitations of company equipment
&bull;    Set up and move equipment on and around project locations
&bull;    Perform preventative and corrective mechanical service on company equipment
&bull;    Operate mid to heavy-duty vehicles with trailers
&bull;    Adequately document daily activities, including time and fuel tracking
&bull;    Understand company standard operating procedures and policies.
&bull;    Develop a working knowledge of internal policies, government safety, and regulatory standards. 
&bull;    Know when & where the policies & standards apply. Assign them in daily job activities and sites.
&bull;    Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
&bull;    Requires a high school diploma or GED.
&bull;    Have a DOT Medical Clearance Card and/or CDL preferred.
&bull;    2+ years in natural gas operations, processing equipment, industrial engines, compressor mechanics, and/or gas compression
&bull;    Knowledge of the LNG & CNG process flow & operations with a complete understanding of process & control theory.
      - This can be applied to the process & control theory for water, oil, natural gas, and/or chemicals
&bull;    Knowledge of equipment & proficiency in operating each piece of equipment.
      - This can be applied to the equipment for water, oil, natural gas, and/or chemicals
&bull;    Experience with field gas conditioning.
      - This means the process of treating natural gas & other combustible gases to make them safe & efficient for use in industrial applications (removes contaminants like water, rust, and heavy hydrocarbons).
&bull;    Obtain Texas Railroad Commission LNG & CNG Certification as the company license requires.
&bull;    Maintain a valid US driver's license & clean driving record to operate vehicles safely and comply with laws and company policies.
&bull;    Mechanically and technically inclined skills.
&bull;    Effective oral and written communication skills.
&bull;    Able to use computer software proficiently (Word, Teams, Excel & e-mail) and mobile email & apps.
&bull;    Able to respond to customers with courtesy and knowledge, in person and telephone, applying good judgment and customer service skills.
&bull;    Ability to obtain and maintain any other certifications required by regulations or customers.
Work conditions include, but are not limited to:
&bull;    Must be able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, work on feet for extended periods, and tolerate hot/cold outdoor conditions.
&bull;    Ability to certify and wear personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, hard hats, gloves, protective footwear, and earplugs, as needed.
&bull;    Exposure to industrial noise, heavy equipment, and compressed gas systems. 
The physical requirements include, but are not limited to:
&bull;    Having the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, reach, climb stairs and ladders.
&bull;    Able to exert routine physical effort regularly.
