This is a Manager role that will develop the strategy, execute, and own the brand’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn), website and newsletter. You will be accountable for content creation and execution, growing the brand’s followers, increasing engagement and driving prospective Members to our community. You will be responsible for all social platforms Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter), website and newsletter to ensure consistency of brand voice and storytelling while tailoring content to each marketing and social channel. You will be responsible for data analysis, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy and compiling weekly/monthly reports including relevant KPI’s such as: engagement and community growth. The position requires strong content and digital skills to create, execute, manage and analyze digital campaigns that drive innovation and growth.


  • Website maintenance and execution of SEO, SEM, and display channels

  • Create briefs for video and photography ensuring appropriate content by channel

  • Ensure social and email communication is factored into our Corporate partnerships, promotion of events and acquisition campaigns

  • Stay informed of all social media, web, and email marketing innovation and trends 

  • Collaborate with team members to maximize the use of online to complement and extend the business, and to ensure consistency of the brands’ design and voice

  • Lead branding initiatives, establish and execute strategic social strategies and campaigns for events, member acquisition, and brand partnerships


  • Ownership of monthly social media calendar and creating and executing campaigns that align with the brand’s business goals from idea to execution

  • Responsible for content ideation and creation, editing, posting/publishing and sharing content across all social platforms

  • Create, execute, and manage Luminary influencer program and relationships

  • Communicate with followers and respond to questions

  • Track and monitor KPIs, including engagement rates and post frequency

  • Create a strategic roadmap to drive online traffic including both new and existing customers through Paid Search

  • Build relationships with Members, potential Members, industry professionals and community

EMAIL Responsibilities 

  • Use marketing platform to set up email campaigns to educate, nurture, and convert prospects

  • Plan, design, and execute lifecycle marketing tests to uncover opportunities for driving increased campaign engagement and conversion

  • Craft high-conversion email campaigns from strategy development through to segmentation, execution, reporting, and analysis

  • Understand and anticipate customer needs with the ability to develop targeted campaigns

  • Build and optimize segmentation and email content personalization strategies by leveraging user behavior and activity data

WEB Responsibilities

  • Responsible for content ideation and creation, editing, and publishing in Hubspot

  • Track and monitor reporting, analytics and maintenance in Hubspot

  • Leads and creates the design, development and maintenance blogs and content 

  • Support campaigns across teams by developing sales enablement materials, landing pages, email campaigns, press releases, and working with partners across 

  • Partner with client and sales teams to ensure integration with CRM platform and coordination and alignment with priority sales initiatives


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree

  • Project management skills are essential

  • 5+ years of related industry experience

  • 3+ years in social media strategy

  • Must work at Luminary – not remote

  • In-depth knowledge of scaling both organic and paid social follower growth and engagement

  • Able to own, develop, and present strategic social plans and frameworks with minimal oversight

  • Experience with developing reports, identifying actionable insights, and establishing best practices

  • Must have exceptional copy and communications skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment with strong sense of urgency

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy on all task

  • Excellent time management skills and prioritization skills

  • Demonstrate cross-functional collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient with posting, publishing and sharing content across social platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

  • Experience with web analytics services (e.g. GA, Adobe Analytics, Hubspot), and social media reporting platforms
