Position: Onboarding & Compliance Specialist
Dept: HR
Reports to: Sr. Director, HR
Classification: Non Exempt
Date: June 2021

Summary:
Manages administrative pre-hire and on boarding documentation and provides support to field professionals. Provides support to HR/Payroll.

Essential Functions:
  • Facilitate the process of onboarding for Field Professionals and Corporate Staff including but not limited to launching Paylocity process, arranging drug and background checks, and collecting electronic new hire/rehire documents.
  • Stay aware of current and future needs of field professionals and/or unique client requirements to include the responsibility of secondary point of contact for client audits. 
  • Facilitate the processing and return of client requested audit documentation.
  • Assist with benefit and other HR requests from employees
  • Problem solve a variety of employee issues
  •   Maintain HRIS with new hires, terminations, employee changes with PAFs, etc
  • Manage the process and facilitate Field Professional unemployment claim and audit requests.
  • Assist with invoices/request for payments
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

Associates degree and 1-3 years office experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
