Cloud Lead Solutions Architect/Engineer - Remote - 200K +
- Deep Azure experience, AWS experience a plus
- Hands-on Engineering background
- Cloud migration experience
- Client facing - Guiding clients through the pre-sales process, developing strategic solutions for clients
- Grow team’s technical competency, skills
- Creating and maintaining development standards, processes, and tools

- Overall responsibility for their Consulting area of expertise in client relationships and sales pursuits, solution architecture, brand promotion, and collateral, asset, and community development.
- Client relationships and sales pursuits
- Identify market priorities and provide insight to sales and client leadership
- Partner with sales and client teams on account strategy and offering planning
- Partner with sales and client teams to maintain, develop, and expand client relationships
- Understand the competitor landscape in the practice area
- Educate internal leaders and external clients on Cloud Services offerings
- Identify and review opportunities and prioritize activities to optimize the realization of pipeline
- Participate in sales support as part of and/or leading a pursuit team
- Articulate job requirements for resources needed, supporting Talent Acquisition and Fulfillment
- Able to assist with initial project mobilization as needed
- Support and coach consulting advisory and delivery teams
- Solution Architecture
- Drive client solutioning for sales pursuits in the practice area
- Understand the business challenge and what the client wants to achieve
- Formulate the solution based on expertise in practice area and services capabilities
- Identify the value proposition and differentiators for services
- Develop the storyline that represents all our capabilities to address the client’s problem
- Brand Promotion
- Represent Cloud Services in industry conferences and forums
- Drive thought leadership in practice area (blogs, points of view, formal campaigns, etc.)
- Participate in webinars, summits, media interviews, etc. representing consulting and practice area
- Collateral, Asset, and Community Development
- Develop practice area collateral, offerings, and supporting materials
- Communicate collateral and offering messaging effectively to sales and client teams for qualification discussions
- Drive development of assets (e.g. tools, accelerators, etc.) and intellectual property (e.g. playbooks)
- Provide guidance to Cloud Services billable consultants in the practice area for professional development
- Perform project delivery tasks and functions as needed
