Who We Are:

Together with QA Management to perform related administrative activities.  Work with various internal groups to ensure compliance and continual improvement of Quality department and processes. Maintains/monitors timely update of internal documentation to assure effective control and distribution of internal and external QA documents, Leads/facilitates internal and external activities that help QA with the special projects and training programs.

  • Responsible for administrative activities and distribution of internal and external documentation (both hard copy and electronic media). Controls quality records as assigned, to assure they are maintained, accurate, accessible and up to date.
  • Assists the QA Management with scheduling and conducting the review meeting as needed.
  • Works with QA Management to coordinate with external auditing.
  • Lead process mapping development, and creating flow charts, work instruction and procedure compliance to related Quality Management System individually, and provide advance Quality training to the teams. 
  • Support QA management activities including training facilitation, recordkeeping, data base etc.
  • Assist / support QA management with presentation
  • Plans and conducts employee training for Quality Planning as needed
  • Support Management on special projects
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Prefer someone with OEM administrative skills, and BA in Business or related field
  • Prefer good written and verbal communication in be able to communicate with all levels of staff.
  • Computer literacy with Excel, Word, PowerPoint or other software tools.
  • Ability in Coordinate and create materials for executive management review meeting.
  • Japanese language (verbal and written) skill required
  • Document creation (60%)
  • Closely works with the Managers and teammates. Creates documents by following instructions using tools such as Microsoft Office, etc.. These documents will be used internally and submitted to the customer.
  • Document creation includes translation from English to Japanese and the translation from Japanese to English.
  • E-mail communication to support Manager and teammates (20%)
  • E-mail communication internally and with headquarters in Japan per instruction by the Manager and teammates.
  • Responsible for accuracy and clarity in delivering messages.

  • Bilingual Japanese Language Skills – Verbal and Written
  • Mathematical Skills Reasoning Ability.

  • Japanese language skill is required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Project Management software and Database software.
