Summary:
Manages, administers, supports, and enhances cloud environments, ensuring continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution. Applies advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise using full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members.Basic Qualifications:

Experience with building, deployment, release automation, and orchestration

Experience with supporting enterprise Cloud applications or infrastructure
-
Experience with infrastructure-as-code environments, including activities around the automated server or network configurations, large-scale software deployments, or monitoring and testing including continuous integration and continuous delivery
-
Experience with automation tools, including Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
-
Experience with automating system configurations and orchestrating network operations and DevOps pipelines, including scaling, releases, and day-to-day system operations in Cloud environments
-
Experience with managing Git-based version control systems, including Gitlab or GitHub
-
Ability to obtain a security clearance

Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:

Experience with provisioning and managing infrastructure and applications in Cloud environments, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Experience with identifying and implementing automation to improve user experience

Experience with scripting in Bash, PowerShell, Python, Groovy, or Ruby
-
Experience with open technologies, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code tools including Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Gitlab, Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, Ansible, and Git

Experience with cloud native container orchestration technologies, including EKS
-
Experience with system integration using a variety of protocols, including JSON, REST, and XML
-
Experience with leveraging JSON, YAML, or XML for configuration
-
Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies

Experience with documenting an as-is state of the environment, performing a gap analysis, and producing artifacts that articulate options and recommendations

Cloud certifications, including AWS, Certified Solutions Architect Associate, Certified Solutions Architect Professional, or Certified DevOps Professional
