Learning Business Analyst
12 months + potential to extend or convert to FTE (W2 Contract or C2C)
Pleasanton, CA (Hybrid)

What you'll do:

Manage a governance model and processes to support learning leads and their respective user communities.
Drive ongoing automation and self-service improvements using Learning application.
Identify and resolve problems with learning configuration and infrastructure including regular validation of data integrity among systems.
Develop self-improvement strategy to learn new business and technical concepts while developing existing knowledge.
Acquire training in multiple areas of responsibility and certifications where applicable.

What you'll need:

3+ years of experience in leading product design, gathering functional requirements, preparing documentation, configuring, coordinating, and providing system support of a SaaS software and/or Workday.
Experience serving as a domain authority of a Learning Management System or related business systems.
Strong analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving, project management and planning skills.
A proven ability to independently manage projects and attain buy-in and sign off from stakeholders.
Proven systems thinking with technical knowledge of a variety of software systems, an understanding of integrations, and the ability to develop business requirement documents suitable for execution.
Excels working in a collaborative environment, building relationships across teams to meet program goals.
Able to multi-task and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high rate of change.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, understanding business impacts with willingness to “roll up one’s sleeves” and assist wherever needed.
Workday Learning experience is a plus.

Pay Range: $38.71/hr - $62.06/hr
