Business Process Analyst
10+ Months W2 Contract
Lehi, UT (Hybrid)
What you'll do:- Write documentation and create process flow charts for new or changing business processes.
- Write and execute test plans (manual and automated) and analyze results.
- Report bugs and work with development team on resolution.
- Triage issues and analyze to determine next steps.
- Break Epics down into smaller requirements in a user story format.
- Participate with IT in design sessions to build out product.
- Groom backlog by adding, editing and removing user stories, as well as setting priorities.
- Track progress of user stories.
- Participate in scrum calls as product owner and SME.
- Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Strong business process analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and time management.
- Ability to think and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed oriented and thorough.
- Be a self-starter that thrives on asking thoughtful questions and connecting the dots.
- Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat).
