Business Analyst
6+ Months W2 Contract or C2C
Pleasanton, CA (Hybrid/Open to Remote)
What you'll do:- Understand changes and critical dependencies.
- Participate in cross-functional change teams for assigned programs.
- Help build change strategies, plans and supporting materials.
- Help identify and analyze people-centered impacts and risks.
- Drive delivery of change management plans and activities.
- Monitor and report progress to achieve change adoption.
- 5+ years of working as part of a change management team.
- Broad knowledge of change methodologies and concepts; able to apply them in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Certification or education in Change Management.
- Experience in training/curriculum design, visual design for slides and webpages, and/or video production.
- Software industry experience with an enterprise products company.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with Google Drive applications and Smartsheet.
Pay Range:
$35.12 - $43.90/ HR
