BBM Academy is hiring a Senior Analyst for Corporate Development as a full-time job in Atlanta, GA. 
 
As a Senior Analyst of Corporate Development, you will assist in all aspects of the company's corporate development and growth efforts, including M&A and greenfield development opportunities. This individual must thrive in a growth culture and help support and enhance the corporate development capabilities. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Their curriculum encompasses immersion, as well as science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEAM) education, providing early care, preschool, and afterschool care in childcare facilities across the East Coast..

Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead/support financial evaluation process for al potential M&A and greenfield opportunities
• Lead/support operational and financial due diligence, including quality of earning analysis
• Analyze financial statements and produce pro forma financial models
• Support and manage pre-closing integration and closing processes
• Support development of comprehensive financial and strategic rationale to inform determination of deal structure and deal negotiations
   

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, major in accounting or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Transaction Services, Investment Banking, or Corporate Development environments
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis concepts, analytical ability, and attention to detail required
• Strong project management/organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment required
• CPA, CFA, or similar designation preferred
