Become a key player as a Business Operations Analyst:
​​​​​​The position will partner with cross-functional teams, across multiple Adobe organizations, services and Geographic regions. Your technical finance expertise in detailed analysis, keen attention to details to maintain large amount of data - is a large part of the work; as well as soft skills for effective partnership with matrixed and global teams. 

• All aspects of Budget Management:  monthly Forecasting, Accruals
• Capex/Opex treatment of spends; review SOWs and PRs for processing
• Work with our suppliers to ensure invoicing are accurate, through reconcilation and approvals by business owners
• Resource Management - ensuring resource data are accurate on a daily basis
• Process improvements to improve efficiency, optimization and scale.
• Reporting and Dashboarding

• Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of practical work experience
• Excel Expert, pivot tables, analysis
• Ability to create project plans and ppt deck for executive audiences
• Strong Excel skills - formulas, scenario building, etc.
• Basic knowledge with data management
• Focus on data quality is a must!
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations that drives significant results
• Ability to see the big picture while maintaining a curiosity to understand and know the detail
• Self-starter with ability to successfully manage through ambiguity
• Outstanding communication and partnership skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders
• Experience in Business, Finance or Information Technology
