• Work cross functionally with the data science and engineering, GTM, field teams and other subject matter experts to design strategic M/L project plans that align with business priorities and initiatives and enable technical solution delivery. 
• Develop and foster relationships with stakeholders to build the team's credibility, manage stakeholder needs proactively and uncover additional opportunities for them to extract business value. 
• Manage business goals and ensure project value for our stakeholders. 
• Capture and clearly articulate the business problem and propose unique solution/s to address it, assess the value to effort ratio of building the solution and clearly communicate it to stakeholders and data science leaders to make informed decisions.
• Develop key project documentation such as Project Wiki, Sprint planning and tracking it in Jira, executive presentations, and conduct enablement sessions on M/L models in partnership with Data Science team.
• Present to internal leadership and stakeholders on M/L roadmap, impact of M/L models on business and create a feedback loop to track model performance and capture stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in existing M/L Models and foster adoption of best practices for Data Science team.

• Masters in STEM field or equivalent experience (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics. Physics, Statistics, etc.) 
• 5+ years' experience managing and delivering complex and technical projects in the data science space
• 2+ years' experience crafting the strategic direction of M/L projects within domain specific industries
• Previous experience in a technical role such as a data scientist, solutions architect, machine learning engineer, AI consultant, etc
• Strong technical capability and understanding of code delivery
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to influence at an executive level
