• Lead the design, development, and implementation of initiatives focused on the improvement and advancement of project execution across the PMO & COE team.
• Define and maintain project timeframes.
• Track progress and provide project management support for key activities, such as:
  • New Hire Onboarding
  • Global Sales Compensation SharePoint site
  • Site Maintenance and Organization
  • Other key project activities (where required)
• Create documentation that enables the transition from implementation to post implementation support.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope and schedule.
• Maintain a list of deliverables for leads across the org and keep them accountable.
• Combine various data sources into one and roll-up information effectively.​​​​

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience as a Creative Project Manager project management experience in the industry
• A positive can do attitude and a willingness to help and support
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent follow through and ability to keep projects on track and delivered on time
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Ability to adapt quickly and be open-minded to learning new skills and adaptable to changes to workflow extremely resourceful
• Ability to work with a Project Management tool (e.g., Workfront)
• Equally willing to learn and teach, while contributing to PMO best practices and policies
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Ability to be flexible to thrive in a very fast-paced and ever changing and international environment
• Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts with diplomacy and professionalism
• Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under critical deadlines, and manage work loads
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Pay Range: 
$30 - $40/hour
