We are seeking a talented and experienced Cybersecurity Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, with proven experience as a security engineer. The role will involve developing and automating custom tools and applications related to cybersecurity workflows, as well as working with the latest CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:- Develop and maintain custom tools and applications to support cybersecurity workflows.
- Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in security operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security tools and processes into the development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and security best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
- 5+ years of experience as a security engineer, with a focus on developing and automating security tools and applications
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript(e.g., Node) programming languages
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and developer tooling (e.g., Git, Docker)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certifications such as Security+, GIAC Python Coder or related certifications
- Experience with data analytics platforms such as Splunk and Databricks
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as PySpark and Pandas
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Knowledge of web application security concepts (e.g., OWASP Top 10)
Pay Range:
$47.00 - $52.00/hourly
