- Develop a comprehensive and well-documented governance framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, robust internal controls, and industry best practices.
- Partner internally to conduct periodic reviews of existing policies, charters, responsibility matrices, and business processes, to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Help drive development and continued progress of corporate governance practices and processes across Adobe Finance and our global subsidiaries, including international expansion and governance compliance matters.
- Assist with treasury matters, including debt offerings and other cash management and FX hedging activities.
- Assist with SOX reviews and testing as required.
- Proactively identify risks or deficiencies in all assigned areas; work with business leaders to mitigate these risks before they become issues.
- Contribute governance expertise in ad-hoc projects (M&A)
- Influence partners and coach others to adopt new processes, inspiring change across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA preferred.
- GAAP knowledge
- Minimum 5-7 years of recent corporate finance governance experience
- Data Governance tools (Collibra)
- Data Visualization tools (PowerBI)
- Intermediate+ Excel skills
- Self-starter, strong sense of judgment, attention to detail, resourceful, and ability to prioritize multiple projects within a fast-paced environment that experiences changing objectives
- Understanding of corporate treasury (e.g., global cash management, payments, bank relationships, investments, debt, corporate finance, and foreign exchange)
- Passion for problem solving and ability to think through problems creatively and systematically, to prioritize them, and to identify and evaluate alternative solutions
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills
