Assembler/Solderer | Temp-to-Hire | $20/hr | On-Site in Aston, PA

Join a trusted manufacturing team in Aston, PA as a full-time Assembler. This temp-to-hire role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building quality products. You'll be assembling industrial equipment, following instructions and diagrams, and contributing to a clean and efficient production environment.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools

• Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and safety protocols

• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality standards

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

• Support additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience required

• Experience with soldering required

• Comfortable using tools and working with mechanical components

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a solid work ethic

• Able to follow directions and work well independently or as part of a team

Schedule: Full-time, on-site
