Bakery Assistant Manager 

Part-Time | Approx. 32 Hours per Week | $18/hr | Collegeville, PA

This is a great opportunity for someone with retail, food service, hospitality, or customer service leadership experience who is ready to grow their management skills in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Help lead daily bakery operations and support the store manager
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers with product selections
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to provide exceptional service
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and product presentation
• Help drive sales through promotions, displays, and customer engagement
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are maintained
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and positively

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership, supervisory, key holder, shift lead, or management experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Dependable and willing to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
