Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On-Site
Salary:
$75,000-$85,000

 

Monarch Staffing is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Newtown Square, PA. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys supporting a wide range of human resources functions, including benefits administration, employee relations, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and HRIS management.

 

The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with senior leadership to support day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations.

 

Essential Responsibilities

·       Provide administrative and operational support to Human Resources leadership.

·       Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, FMLA, and 401(k) plans.

·       Support company-wide compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.

·       Serve as backup support for bi-weekly payroll processing across multiple entities.

·       Maintain employee records and HRIS data, including new hire entries, employment status updates, and employment verifications.

·       Assist employees with benefit enrollment, plan information, and general HR inquiries.

·       Support recruiting efforts, including offer letter preparation, background screenings, and onboarding activities.

·       Respond to employee, supervisor, and candidate inquiries while escalating sensitive matters as appropriate.

·       Assist with new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes.

 

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

·       Minimum of one year of Human Resources Generalist experience supporting multi-state operations.

·       Experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Time & Attendance required; ADP Run experience preferred.

·       SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification preferred.

·       Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

·       Experience administering employee benefits, payroll support, onboarding, and employee relations programs.

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
