Lickety Split AC, Plumbing & Electric is hiring elite phone closers who know how to create opportunities, close deals, and work rehash sales (following up on past leads/customers to convert previously unsold opportunities). If you’re a driven sales pro who thrives on the phone and excels at turning cold or previously lost leads into customers, this is your chance to join a high-energy, high-reward team.This position is ON-SITE at our Market Street location in Saint Augustine, FL.
What You’ll Do-
Conduct outbound cold calling to generate new sales opportunities

Work rehash sales by re-engaging past leads and unsold opportunities

Close deals over the phone with strong follow-up and conversion skills

Build rapport, identify customer needs, and present premium home service solutions

Overcome objections and consistently close sales

Hit performance targets and earn big with uncapped commissions
What You Bring-
Proven cold-calling experience (required)

Experience in rehash sales or re-engaging old leads (preferred/required)

Strong phone-closing ability with high conversion rates

Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills

Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to six-figure-plus earnings

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site sales environment
