About the Role

We’re hiring an Install Coordinator to run high-volume residential HVAC installations.

If you have experience as a Construction Project Manager or Coordinator in roofing, windows, siding, solar, or remodeling, this role will feel familiar—but faster-paced, highly accountable, and results-driven.

You’ll own the schedule, dispatch crews, enforce process, and ensure every job closes cleanly with payment collected.

Key Responsibilities

• Book and schedule residential installation jobs

• Dispatch multiple install crews daily

• Track job flow, delays, and completion in ServiceTitan and Slack

• Hold installers accountable to processes, timelines, and documentation

• Ensure no installer leaves a job without payment collected

• Coordinate materials, site readiness, and clean job close-out

• Perform customer call-aheads and ETA confirmations

• Solve day-of install issues quickly and professionally

Compensation & Growth

• $70,000–$100,000 base salary

• Performance-based upside available

• Full-time, on-site role with potential growth into Install Operations leadership
