Lickety Split is seeking a results-driven HVAC Production Manager to lead and oversee our installation operations. This role is responsible for managing daily production, driving team performance, ensuring quality installations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive HVAC knowledge and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HVAC installation operations and production schedules
• Manage and support HVAC install teams to ensure efficiency and quality
• Monitor job performance, budgets, and timelines to meet company goals
• Conduct regular ride-alongs, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and company policies
• Collaborate with sales and dispatch teams to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Track KPIs, production metrics, and profitability of install jobs
• Recruit, train, and develop HVAC installation staff
