The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly motivated Engineering Project Manager to drive successful execution of complex, high-impact projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, champions teamwork across technical and operational domains, and is passionate about delivering excellence in renewable energy infrastructure.

What You’ll Need

· Technical Chops: Ability to interpret and develop detailed project plans, including marked-up drawings, technical procedures, and specification modifications.

· Execution Mindset: Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

· Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication skills to serve as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

· Risk Awareness: A proactive approach to identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum and quality.

· Team Collaboration: Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams—including operations and field staff—to ensure alignment and readiness at every project phase.

 

What You Bring

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field. PMP certification is a strong plus.

· Experience: 5+ years managing large-scale projects

· Industry Knowledge: Background in the energy industry, preferably the renewable space

 

Skills

     · Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and project management tools

     · Strong financial acumen and organizational skills

     · Excellent communication and leadership abilities
