Partner Operations Manager
3+ Months W2 Contract
San Jose, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA Areas Preferred (Hybrid)
What you'll do:- Partner profile and contract management.
- Perform audit of DVA Partner contact information, validate current records and edit/delete outdated entries.
- Collect and populate expanded company and contact profiles information.
- Consolidate profile data from tracked throughout multiple sources into single account record: NDA and Legal agreements, CC Accounts and Seats, Adobe Exchange listing, Panel integrations.
- Create dashboard views and reports from Contact and Profile data.
- Partner Marketing Support: Coordinate and manage partner marketing assets for IBC.
- Perform audit of Adobe presence on Partner Websites and Social Media. Create consolidated report of activity, branding, and reach potential. Identify needed updates to comply with Adobe Trademarking and messaging
- Update Field and Partner Enablement Tools.
- Partner Panel deck: collect screenshots, descriptions, layout in PowerPoint.
- Marketing Best Practice Guide: Update with current trademark, branding guidance.
- Review and update marketing strategy content.
- Partner Portal Resource Center: Ensure all tools, links and resources are current.
- Add new and remove outdated materials.
What you'll need:- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Experience with Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- 3 years of applicable experience with Mobile testing.
- Good communication skills.
- Manual testing.
- Experience working with graphic design tools especially Adobe Illustrator and image files (.ai, .eps, .svg, .png, .jpg).
- Experience with AirTable.
