Become a key player as a Finance System Administrator:
The ideal candidate for this role has a passion and interest for Financial Systems. Support and administer the overall Oracle EPM Cloud Financial Planning system. This role is integral in the day to day operations of the monthly/quarterly Forecast and annual Plan functions for the 5 HA Group Brands. This role will also closely engage in enhancement projects, enhancement requests and issue/troubleshooting resolution. This role will also assist users to facilitate testing of solutions, provide training and support of user community and perform onboarding tasks for new users.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
- Communicate with and lead training for small to medium sized groups of end-users
- Perform scheduled system updates
- Participate in project team reviews necessary to develop project plans, business requirements, design, and development of deliverables
- Maintain system hierarchies and properties
- Collaborate with others in support of applications, projects and goals
- Collaborate with IT support when necessary
- Demonstrate sufficient knowledge of business processes
- Engage in system projects
- Gather end-user requirements for reporting and other enhancements
- Build and maintain reports, forms, business rules, data integrations, etc.
- Document system design and processes
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Technology field
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle’s EPM software
- Strong Business Rule development
- Groovy Programming Language a strong plus
- Strong Data Management development
- Strong Reports and Narrative Reporting development
- Strong Analytical, Quantitative Presentation Skills
- Strong Teamwork Skills
- Excellent active listening and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Competent training skills
- Skilled in technical documentation of systems
- Development of detailed test and validation plans
- Cloud EPM a plus
