We have a unique opportunity for a part-time administrative professional in our Albuquerque regional office. This individual will provide administrative and clerical support for our Environmental, Geotechnical and Construction Materials groups. Office work hours Monday - Friday  7:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Essential Functions
• Administrative support across multiple departments
• Information retrieval and data-entry
• Accounting operations (billing, invoicing, receivables)
• Report preparation and distribution
• Reception and telephone coordination
• Customer service
• Filing
• Payroll time card entry
• Other administrative functions as needed

Qualifications
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Professional attitude and bearing
• Solid reading and comprehension skills
• Excellent oral and writing skills
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, MS Word, Office, and Google Docs
• Previous administrative experience required
• Previous construction industry experience helpful
