The Digital Integration Specialist provides customer support to users of the platform via phone, Zoom, and help desk (ZenDesk) tickets. Additionally, they are responsible for directing general sales and account queries appropriately and escalating unresolved technical issues to the Development Team as needed. This role reports to the Manager of Digital Support and works in collaboration with the Account Rep and Support Teams to ensure that rostering and account setups are accurate and that each account has everything it needs to succeed.

  • Join Account Reps and/or schedule customer check-ins regularly to understand any data system changes or product needs and to forecast and plan integration changes accordingly.
  • Understand the Digital Reader product, rostering data requirements, and custom data integrations.
  • Collaborate with the Development team to ensure Digital Reader priorities are communicated.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on integration requirements for Classlink, Clever, and other SIS integrations.
