The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for providing support to company staff in a variety of NetSuite functional areas. This individual is the lead resource for aiding internal staff to utilize the NetSuite enterprise application to maximize organizational efficiencies and take the business to the next level.

The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the Corporate NetSuite Environment, with a focus on system stability and maximizing organizational efficiencies. This role reports to the Director of Information Technology and works in collaboration with all areas of the business.
 
This position provides advanced end-user support for NetSuite and related applications for all areas of the business utilizing NetSuite. This team member will coordinate technical support for NetSuite issues, questions, and modifications by serving as the main conduit to NetSuite support and will perform regular maintenance, communicating upgrade changes and general knowledge transfer to appropriate company team members. In addition, they will collaborate with the IT and Development teams on special projects, system expansion, and migration programs, including researching options and recommending alternative solutions.
 
Key Duties
  • Perform day-to-day operation, maintenance, projects, change requests, and support for NetSuite
  • Plan, review, and revise feature configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving operational and business needs
  • Troubleshoot and remedy technical issues such as software install/updates
  • Build end-user profiles and roles
  • Provide ongoing internal support, training, and documentation
  • Develop, test, and deploy customizations with the internal development team and external consultants
  • Support staff usage, daily system scripts, and system performance tracking
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend key technologies to support and improve business processes on the NetSuite platform
  • Support requests for saved searches, reports, key performance indicators, and dashboards
  • Support NetSuite integration effort and serve as the liaison with NetSuite support
  •  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality for new releases, customizations, and integrations  
Qualifications/Experience
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
  • 2–4 years of NetSuite Administration experience with strong understanding of the NetSuite platform
  • Experience in NetSuite integration, implementation, testing, and training
  • Experience with the NetSuite dashboard and providing business users with relevant report and KPIs
  • Ability to provide ongoing systems and technical support for the NetSuite system 
  • Experience as a business systems analyst a plus

Currently, this position is a remote or remote/in-person hybrid, depending on candidate qualifications and ability to effectively work remotely.
