About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Franchise Planner to join our team in Mexico. This individual will be supporting franchise distribution planning by providing analysis and recommendations regarding supply and demand for franchise orders and working with buyers and account managers to provide planning forecast. This is currently a long term contract position based in Mexico and will be eligible for monthly salary plus healthcare stipend.

Essential functions:

  • Organize and administrate the system (purchase order confirmation, invoice revision, tracking numbers).
  • Data analysis.
  • Generation of all the data bases needed for the sales smooth operation.
  • Support on the strategic execution for sales.
  • Sales support administrator and customer service.
  • Support franchise distribution planning
  • Working with buyers and account managers to provide planning forecast
  • Provide analysis and recommendations regarding supply and demand for franchise orders
  • Maintain the system with accurate data
  • Efficient administration and process of information by using excel tools and creating macros for a better maximization of resources.
  • Strategic supervision of the sales and purchasing supervision by receiving and giving intelligence.

Skills and requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Business Proficiency)
  • Knowledge of basic business software applications and CRM systems
  • Ability to multi-task, strong time, and project management skills
