The Challenge:

We are looking for a strategic and detailed project manager to be responsible for managing our Adobe University catalog & training materials. You will be working closely with our team members and production team to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management. A plus would be to have a creative marketing background to help drive and test out communications to our stakeholders in support of our University program.

What you'll do:
  • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submit project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Establish effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule.
  • Coordinate the training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation of our University initiatives.
  • Identify and developing new opportunities to test out driving uptake and participation in University training.
  • Manage customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
What you'll need:
  • B.A. or equivalent.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage critical details.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with light data management and reporting software, including Microsoft PowerBI is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to complete projects on time, manage to deadlines.
  • Bonus - creative marketing background to support the University communication plans to stakeholders.
Pay Range:
$53.00 - $66.35/ HR
