This position reports to the Lead, Data-Foundation.
What you will do:
• Collect all data for business requirements and business rules to support the location master
• Identify data gaps with legacy data
• Perform source to target mappings
• Create process flow documentation relative to location lifecycle management of data (e.g. onboard, off board)
• Data collection, data cleansing, data standardization and conversion activities
• Ensure data necessary for testing is available
• Document current state location oriented data throughout the ecosystem and how it is used/maintained and integrated with other internal and external applications
• Maintain, setup and manage location relevant data within our solutions landscape
• Implement data load, profiling and conversion activities
• Work with key stakeholders to align on acceptable data sign offs
• Dual-data maintenance to support
What you will bring:
• Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience with data quality, data maintenance and data mapping
• Experience and working knowledge of SAP location data and concepts (e.g. plant, storage location, shipping point, profit center, cost center)
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, and facilitation skills
• Ability to work self - guided or as a team with both technical and non-technical staff
• Willingness to learn, teach and share information with teammates, peers, administration, and users
• Able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure
