You’ll be responsible for all accounting functions within the company. Including but not limited to all financial statements such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cost to complete report. You’ll be expected to manage the job schedule, approve owner change and sub-change orders, and take ownership of accounts receivable. You’ll also be responsible for payroll for all internal employees. You’ll be managing communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, as well as internal field employees.
Background Profile:-
- Bachelor’s degree
- Background in commercial construction in Tennessee
- Working knowledge of financial statement preparation and understanding
- Controller experience with proficiency in ERP systems
- Positive attitude, good communication, honesty & integrity
